ListingGood is an AI-powered recommendation engine that helps Amazon sellers optimize product listings for search algorithms and AI shopping agents. Features include listing scanning, title and bullet generation, compliance checks, and related tools.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

• ListingGood offers free and paid subscription plans.
• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any Amazon listing content, text, or images you submit. By submitting content, you grant ListingGood a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, using the Service for illegal purposes, or generating content that violates Amazon's policies or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by ListingGood remain the property of ListingGood or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ListingGood is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including changes to Amazon search rankings or sales performance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
